Welcome to week 1!

You will find bellow:

  1. A video introduction to the week in which we share stories to give you a context as to what the week is about
  2. An exercise kit in which we explain this week's challenge
  3. A list of enrichment pieces for you to deepen your learning
  4. A link to the action tracker in which you record your actions every day

On Friday, we will send you a link to the weekly reflection: this is where you can write about your experience, talk about what felt uncomfortable and reflect on what you learned.

Have fun with these exercises.

If you have any worries, questions or successes, send them to us by email!

Exercise Kit

This week, you will take the time to notice EVERYTHING. The more small things you notice, the better.

You will find here a spreadsheet to write what you noticed: How you do anything is how you do everything.

In this spreadsheet we have highlight a series of small actions we do every day and generally don't pay attention to because they've become automatic. When actions become automatic, we become like a robot performing tasks repetitively without thinking or feeling.

This week is both very easy and very difficult: it is easy because you don't have to DO anything differently than you usually do. The week is difficult because your job is to notice EVERYTHING than you normally don't pay attention to and write down HOW you do everything.
